Securing Your Date
When you're ready to take the next step, I'll send over our easy booking documents.
First, we will both sign a Photography/ Videography Agreement, detailing the services we will provide to you.
After signing, a 20% Retainer secures your wedding date with us! An invoice with various payment options will be provided for your convenience.
Step 3
3 Months Before the Celebration
Relax and celebrate ticking another task off your to-do list!
We'll send you a questionnaire to gather essential details about your wedding and we stay in touch to share ideas and discuss any major changes.
In the meantime, we can hop on as many calls as you'd like to talk through ideas and any additional questions.
As your big day approaches, we'll delve into finer details to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
Step 4
1 Month Before the Celebration
It's time for details! For local couples, meet up for a coffee date on us, or we can connect via video call.
We'll walk through your wedding day's timeline, discuss any specific photo requests and ideas, and address any lingering questions you may have. This meeting ensures we're on the same creative wavelength as we approach your wedding day!
Step 5
1 Week Before the Celebration
The countdown is on!
Let's touch base one last time to discuss any changes or additions. Whether it's unexpected guests or a sudden change in schedule, we've got it covered.
We're here to ensure your day is perfect, no matter the last-minute adjustments.
Step 6
Your Wedding Day
Congratulations! It's your long-awaited wedding day, and our team is here to make it extraordinary.
We'll assist in any way possible to ensure everything runs smoothly. If the celebration extends beyond the planned time, don't worry – we're happy to accommodate.
We'll find you before the night ends, offering our best wishes and gratitude for allowing us to be part of your special day.
Step 7
Gallery Deliveries
Within 24 hours after your festivities come to a close, we will send some "sneak peeks" to you! Cozy up next to your spouse and relive your wedding day right away!
Your complete collection of photos and videos will be delivered in 6 weeks via a secure online gallery.
All images are yours to keep, and there are no additional fees for downloads. The gallery will remain accessible for 6 months, ensuring you have ample time to download and share your memories.
