Photo Backups & Insurance

 

Your peace of mind matters. With every session, your photos are captured on 2 SD cards, then copied onto a solid state drive and uploaded to a cloud backup - all before your photos are even edited. Rest assured knowing that Metcalf Creative LLC carries full liability insurance, safeguarding both our team and your cherished moments against any unforeseen circumstances.

FAQ

How would you describe your style?

We strive to deliver a very true-to-color product and focus on capturing your session as authentically as possible. Including lush greens, accurate skin tones, and soft whites. Of course, we are going to direct photo sessions and help you pose. But we want you to look back at your photos and feel like they are soooo YOU!! Plus, candid shots and "fly-on-the-wall" photos are our favorite!

Do you use AI to edit?

I will never use AI to select or color your photos. There are many AI programs out there built for wedding photographers, but we strongly believe there is nothing like the real-deal: humans.

Every email is replied to by me, every photo is selected by my eyes, and every edit is done one at a time by my hands.

Will you retouch my images?

Yes! All of your photos will be professionally and individually edited by me! At request, I can remove temporary blemishes from photos (i.e. pimples, cuts, bruises, etc.). More intricate edits may be possible by request. My job as a photographer is to capture you as your unique and true self, so I will not make any body retouches outside of face and skin blemishes.

How soon will I get my images?

Full galleries are delivered to your online gallery and emailed to you 4-6 weeks after our session. For weddings, we offer complimentary 24-hour "Sneak Peeks" so you can have some photos of your special day right away! We always do our best to delivery as MANY photos to you as possible, and you'll never have to pay for extra pictures.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Just let me know prior to booking that you would like to set up a payment plan and we can do so! All invoices must be paid in full prior to our session date, but some after-pay services are available upon request.

Are you available to travel for a session?

Of course! While we are located in Oklahoma City, we are available to travel anywhere! Our travel fees start at $25/hr of travel up to 6 hours. Trips beyond 6 round-trip hours from Oklahoma City may be subject to additional fees. Let me know where you want us to go and we'll make it happen!

Do you offer RAW photos?

RAW or unedited photos are not included in our standard packages. We believe that post-processing is a vital step in delivering a good product to you and fulfilling the service and style you hired us for! RAW files are unedited and unfinished work that doesn't reflect the quality of services we provide for standard sessions and events.
